There will always be something new and inspiring. Always new technology coming. Always new challenges to overcome. That's why we need to be not only lifelong teachers but also lifelong learners. For the last step of every project, we conduct a "post mortem". We reflect on and discuss what worked and what didn't. That's how we learn. And it's an important part of our continuous improvement process.
Evaluation and feedback of results and data provides learning for the development of future projects.
